🍂 Slow Season, Big Transformations! 🍂

These overgrown flower beds were in need of some serious attention, and our crew gave them that much-needed Top Notch touch!

We cut back the trees and bushes, opened up the landscape, and gave this property a fresh new look just in time for the holiday season.

The best part? We mulched and ground down the cut limbs, putting that fresh mulch right back into the beds. No haul-off charge needed! Less waste, a cleaner look, and savings for the customer. Now that’s a win-win!

Swipe through these before-and-after pictures and tell us what you think!

Got a project you’ve been putting off all season? Let us help you get your home ready for the holidays. Message us here on Facebook to get on the schedule.

📢 PLEASE READ — SEASONAL SCHEDULE UPDATE! 🍂🌱

We’ve had several customers asking when we’ll transition to our monthly maintenance schedule, so here’s the plan:

📅 OCTOBER
➡️ Finish October with bi-weekly visits
➡️ Weekly clients will move to bi-weekly

📅 NOVEMBER
➡️ 3-week rotation

📅 DECEMBER – FEBRUARY 2027
➡️ Monthly maintenance visits

🏢 COMMERCIAL CLIENTS
Businesses, churches, rentals & other commercial properties will continue on their normal schedules.

🌦️ IMPORTANT: This schedule can change depending on weather. If temperatures stay warm and we continue getting rain and sunshine, grass and weeds will keep growing — and we’ll adjust accordingly!

❤️ THANK YOU!

Your continued support of Top Notch Lawn Services does more than support a small business. It helps us provide jobs and support families right here in our local communities.

We truly appreciate every customer who continues to trust us with their property!

🌿 Nothing like a fresh pruning to bring back that Top Notch curb appeal! 🌿

This one hits a little different because this family has been an A1 client since Day 1. 🙌

Before the big equipment…
Before the trailers…
Before Top Notch had grown into what it is today…

They were there. From the hatchback and push mower days! 🚗💨

Today, we get to come back and give their property the attention it deserves — cleaning things up, bringing those shrubs back into shape, and making that curb appeal TOP NOTCH once again! 💪🌳

We’re thankful for every customer who has trusted us over the years, but especially the ones who have been there from the beginning. Your loyalty helped build Top Notch Lawn Services.

Nothing Less Than Top Notch Service. 💯

When the neighborhood is on the same schedule, the stripes just keep going! 🔥🌱

Weekly lawn care doesn’t just keep your yard looking good—it creates that clean, uniform look from driveway to driveway. When multiple neighbors stay on a consistent schedule, the whole street gets that well-maintained, freshly striped appearance.

One yard looking good is great.
A whole neighborhood looking Top Notch is even better. 💪
