Here goes a kitchen we did in Queens Village area of Philadelphia which was a big & fun project. We turned 2 rooms a kitchen and dining room into one open concept area. We knocked down walls, tore down/ releveled the ceiling, and reframe the main wall adding cabinet nailers. The plumbing we moved all around tucking it up into the ceiling to get rid of a old in the way soffit, also moving plumbing to the middle of the room to have a nice Island with sink/ dishwasher. We laid a nice Maple 3/4” hardwood throughout staining the steps/ handrails/ handrail base to match. There’s so much cabinets space in this kitchen as you can see we ran them straight down the wall with a nice big pantry on one end to a nice wine rack on the other. We made a coffee area with microwave and mini wine fridge below. The island has a nice overhang with stools and receptacles to plug you electronics in to catch up on emails while you enjoy your morning coffee! We gave this kitchen as much lighting as we could from recessed lighting, under cabinet lighting, and nice pendants lights to compliment the main areas. Overall this was a fun project and the customers were so happy with how everything came out! One of the neighbors came over to check it out turns out we ended up doing there kitchen right after 🤣 pics coming soon!

Here we have some nice Pine Floating Book Shelves. We made everything from scratch on site. Also we built a little soffit on the one to hide some ugly pipes running down the wall. We got everything prepped and ready for the customer to paint as requested!

A Father who was looking to help his Daughter renovate her first home in the city 2 hrs from where they lived came to us with a idea of what she wanted and asked if we could make it happen. This was a meaningful project and we wanted to go above and beyond to make sure she was happy and comfortable in her new home in the Big City. First we had to get rid of that old wavy floor taking it all the way down to the joist and laying new sub floor. We then laid a nice Vinyl Plank floor. We tore the old carpet off the stairs, fixed the holes and crack, and then installed Cap A Tread to cover them. We demoed the bathroom and installed a nice wet bed tile shower, replaced the vanity, toilet, and laid Vinyl Plank also. We patched, painted her room, and the whole property thru out getting the ceilings, walls, and trim to perfection 👌🏼

We started the demo on this deck and realized we opened up a can of worms, the joist/ wood were rotted all the way under to the inside of the property. So we sistered joists using carriage bolts and 2x8’s to the existing damaged joist to strengthen it up and give us a solid foundation to attach our ledger board to for connecting our new deck to the property. We used a nice Saddle colored Trex board, picture framed it, and threw in hidden fasteners for the boards. Trimmed everything out with Azek board to give it that POP 💥. Then lastly we poured a nice concrete pad connecting the deck to the mud room creating a nice foundation for the steps to land on!

Our customer was tired of having to step over the tub wall with nothing to hold onto, and was in need of a easily accessible shower. Here we installed a shower pan with wall surround. Added a couple grab bars, and a shower head with a handheld. We laid Lifeproof water resistant vinyl flooring. Also trimmed everything out and gave the room fresh paint.

Our customer had a vision of what she wanted to turn her space into. Here we framed out walls adding 2 rooms to create privacy, and a better flow and layout for her business. We went thru and painted the whole space, got rid of the old fluorescent lighting and installed new led recess lighting. We closed off a unwanted walk thru and installed custom built in shelving. Installed some pendant lighting. Also we freshened up the exterior by painting the hand rail. This was a fun project getting to see the customers face when we made her visit come to life!

Roof top overhaul ready for the summer! Removed all old and rotted boards and joist. Painted the stucco with a nice Elastomeric paint to seal all cracks and give a nice fresh look matching the siding. Installed new joist where needed and all deck boards!

The customer came to us with an idea that she wanted to turn the area with the built cabinets and books shelves into an office, and asked if we can make it happen. Absolutely! Here we removed the old built in cabinets and replaced them custom built book shelves and and lower cabinets. We also added backs to the existing book shelves and added french doors to them to create her own personal office space. We then removed some unwanted built in cabinets in the bedroom and sealed up the walls where they were. The bathroom we installed a pocket door and layed a nice slate floor ***i don’t have the pics of the finished floor.
