This month, we’re celebrating Brendan Whalen on his 4-year anniversary with KMC Partners and Enliven Construction!

As a Project Manager, Brendan has played an important role in bringing projects across a wide range of markets to life, including Independence Seaport Museum, Cross Medical Group, BondVet, Citizens Bank, CoSurgery, and Cannonball Club.

We’re grateful for Brendan’s hard work, leadership, and the consistency he brings to every project.

We’re showcasing one incredibly imaginative project: Ministry of Awe. A historic Old City bank has been transformed into an immersive art experience created by award-winning muralist Meg Saligman.

Spanning approximately 8,500 square feet across six levels, the project included structural modifications, accessibility and life-safety improvements, a four-stop elevator, interior renovations, and major building-system upgrades. Through close collaboration with MINISTRY OF AWE and Heckendorn Shiles Architects, the team brought this imaginative vision to life while preserving the building’s distinctive historic character.

The result is a one-of-a-kind space where art, performance, and architecture come together to inspire curiosity and wonder.
