Although we highly recommended a full remediation, we had to work with our homeowners budget and got this center wall all fixed up. We kept cutting and removing Stucco until we found dry healthy plywood and removed, flashed and reinstalled both windows.

Not a big job but when we’re called in we make sure to do it right! During the nasty storms a tree feel and ripped the power lines down and pulled off the stucco. We ripped the rest of the section off and put it all back like nothing happened. 🀝🏴󠁧󠁒󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Finally, after too many rain delays we finally wrapped up this project! Ripped off all of the old Stucco followed by some plywood and frame repairs along with a whole new drainable house wrap system and Quaker stucco finish ! 🏴󠁧󠁒󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏑
