4th Annual TCG Golf Outing in the books!

Yesterday, we traded the job sites and office for a day on the course and some good old-fashioned team competition.

Congratulations to this year’s winning foursome: John Marinucci, Mike Bramble, Mitch Lachman, Jaylon Caravgio! 🏆

A huge thank you to Philmont Country Club for hosting us for the third year in a row. Their team takes such great care of us every year, and we couldn’t ask for a better place to bring our crew together.

BIG news at TCG: We’ve expanded into Tennessee. 💪🏻

It’s a major milestone in our growth, but it’s not the finish line. Our first two projects are underway, and two longtime members of our PA team have officially made the move south, committed to bringing the TCG way to Tennessee.

As TCG continues to grow, we’ll do it the way we always have: intentionally, with the right people, strong relationships, and an unwavering commitment to the quality and integrity that got us here.

Construction of a two-story, 35,000 SF medical office building and structured parking garage for Delray Dermatology has been awarded to TCG Florida.

Designed by Randall Stofft, the new facility features modern clinical spaces, specialized treatment rooms, administrative offices, and patient-focused amenities in support of the practice’s continued growth.

Safety starts with preparation.

Yesterday, TCG’s Director of Safety, Josh Wilson, led a confined space awareness training in partnership with OSHA and hosted by the Wyndmoor Fire Department. The session combined classroom instruction with hands-on field exercises to reinforce safe practices and emergency preparedness in confined space environments.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the training a success. At TCG, safety is always the priority and we all go home at the end of the day.

A $54.4M investment in the future of education.

TCG is proud to welcome Coatesville Area School District as a new client and project partner.

The North Brandywine Middle School project represents a significant investment in the district’s future and the success of its students by providing academic wings for sixth, seventh, and eighth grades, along with centralized shared spaces including an auditorium, cafeteria, gym, and media center.

Project highlights:
• $54.4M total construction value
• Multi-prime delivery (MEP trades held separately)
• Phased construction (site: 6 phases | building: 3 phases)
• Dynamic facade featuring stone veneer, metal panels, curtainwall, and translucent elements
• Exposed structural systems including glu-laminated timber and architecturally exposed steel

Construction begins May 2026, with completion slated for August 2029.

School Lane Charter School in Bensalem is growing with an exciting 25,000-square-foot expansion. This addition connects existing buildings to create a more unified, student-friendly space. The project also includes:
