and that my price was extravagant

Had to do a little f**kery with metal, because of how bad the bottom siding wall was. But it was fast, cheap and effective. Which is what home owner asked for. Got it down and got it water right. Day and a half. Total reframe job. 4 layers of roofing. New rafters. New plywood all new metal. Unfortunately we didn’t have it in the budget to reframe the bottom wall, so we did best with what we had. Homeowner is happy

I’ll keep explaining you guys understand why Philly skylights can’t be removed? It is a must have on a Philadelphia row home. You cannot remove this you can replace it. And you need one that opens. If you have any questions, feel free to talk to me in the comments or give us a call.
