Hi!! Welcome to a place where Philly school OTs, PTs, and SLPs can help each other find coverage for our contracts while we take leave.
I had such a hard time finding coverage for my maternity leave and worried about not having my position when I came back from having my babies. Now, having lots of co-workers in the same position, I created this page so we can help each other.
I hope we're able to not only take the leave we need to take and not worry about our jobs, as well as provide unique job opportunities for therapists looking for short-term positions.
Feel free to post about a position you need coverage for or a position you're seeking. I can help write contracts for this, but that is not a stipulation. Please feel free to make these connections and continue working with your current contracting agency.
