SITIO architecture + urbanism SITIO is a collaborative practice of architects, urban designers and planners based in Philadelphia.

Founded by Antonio Fiol-Silva - a former long-time Principal of WRT whose studio built a national reputation for award-winning projects - the firm focuses on context sensitive transformational developments. That studio, now incorporated as SITIO, continues to design vibrant, mixed-use places at a wide variety of scales. SITIO is rooted in a commitment to placemaking, sustainability, and design exc

ellence with a regard for local context. This focus has been recognized with several honors including five ULI Philadelphia Willard G ‘Bill’ Rouse III Awards for Excellence, and a ULI Global Award for Excellence.

The Johnny Sample Recreation Center in West Philadelphia’s Cobbs Creek neighborhood has officially opened. SITIO was the architect, interior designer, and led the site design concept for the project alongside our great team – Hunt Engineering, J&M Engineering, Langan, Meliora and Tiny WPA.
