Hey there, welcome to my world of custom building! I'm Brian Augustine. 🛠️

For the past 38 years, I've been putting my heart and soul into transforming Philadelphia's residential & commercial landscape. From being a free helper digging sand foundations to a carpentry foreman building multi-million dollar oceanfront residences, it's been an incredible journey. But my proudest moment? Returning home and completing my first total renovation of my Mom's house.

Since then, I've been living and working right here in Fairmount, crafting hundreds of homes and commercial spaces. 🏠

From the thrill of creating something special out of nothing, to exploring new creative building techniques, every day is a new adventure for me. My services are distinct but always driven by quality:
