This 33rd-floor balcony went from worn and outdated ceramic tile to a beautiful new Acacia wood floating tile deck system — creating a warm, modern outdoor space with unbelievable city views. Acacia wood 🪵 is known for its durability, strength, and rich natural beauty, making it the perfect solution for this luxury patio renovation.

In addition to the new flooring system, our team also repaired damaged interior stucco walls and custom color-matched the cement finish for a seamless appearance.
