🚨 Unpopular Opinion:
Murphy's Oil Soap has probably caused more unnecessary hardwood floor refinishing than almost any other household cleaner.
I know that's going to upset some people.
"But my grandmother used it..."
"So did my parents..."
We hear it every week.
The problem isn't what your floors look like after one cleaning.
The problem is what happens after 5... 10... or 20 years.
That oily residue doesn't disappear.
It builds.
It traps dirt.
It dulls your finish.
Eventually homeowners call us because they think their floors are "worn out."
