We replaced a broken yard drain entering the home and installed a brand new kitchen drain line with a new cleanout for easier future maintenance. At the homeowner’s request, we rerouted the drain line to avoid relocating their existing condensers, providing a clean installation while meeting their preferences.

Another major underground utility upgrade completed by the team! 💪

Permits pulled, old infrastructure removed, and everything brought up to current standards. We replaced the sewer lateral, installed a brand new curb trap, and upgraded the entire water service from the street to the home.

Emergency drain call came in with a broken main tied into a private sewer system out back. Typically, we’ll reverse the house and reroute everything to the public sewer for a permanent fix, but in this case the public main was sitting nearly 40 ft deep, making that option impractical.

Our crew made the call to stay tied into the private system, excavated, removed the failed sections, and rebuilt the line properly so everything is flowing the way it should again. Another tough one handled the right way by the team.

Big shoutout to the guys for knocking this one out the park again.
