Coastal Marine handles roughly 180 timber pile foundation projects a year from Cape May to Brigantine. But when access gets restricted, the crew reaches for IDEAL helical piles and equipment most contractors wouldn't believe fits the job.

"We have a mini bobcat that can crawl into houses through a 30-inch wide opening," explains T. Gallagher, who manages field operations. "Instead of using a handheld powerhead, we use that mini excavator, basically allowing us to install pilings anywhere."

Small areas behind existing houses. Side yards. Front yards. Anywhere.
