New Timberline HDZ shingles in Weathered Wood on this home in Philadelphia. Found some old termite/ wood rot on the shelf roof in the rear of the home. Had to break out the saw and do some carpentry!

New Timberline HDZ shingles on this historic home in Wyncote, PA. This roof was a bit more complex than most but no problem for us! New flashings and counter flashings all around.

New construction, cut corners. This customer bought this home a year prior and had constant complaints of siding panels falling off, wavy panels, drafty windows, seams all lining up. (Slide 2) Upon further inspection, the builder had skimped on everything, non overlapping house-wrap, missing house-wrap, missing insulation, no seam-tape around doors/windows, and using whatever they had in their tool belt to hold it all together. (Slides 3-5) We tore it all down and started fresh. New insulation, new House wrap, new Mainstreet Siding, and the correct nails to hold it all together!
Remember, doing it right the first time is always cheaper in the long run. Don’t do it twice!

Chimneys are one of the top sources of leaks! If you ever notice a leak near the chimney, chances are that the flashing has gone bad. This customer had an issue where the caulking on their counter flashing had split. We removed the old caulk and replaced with new. Leak is gone!
