Philly/Jersey:
It has come to our attention that we have some of our elderly seniors in the Philly/Jersey area that are without Cold Air in their respective forced air units because repairs need to be made. One story that was relayed to us by a neighbor of a senior in need that the repair invoice was $185.00. This senior is 78 years old, on fixed income, with no immediate family or resources to come up with the $185.00 so the HVAC company left the invoice and their card and told them to call them when they could afford to pay. Touché. They’re running a business and that’s their policy. I get it.

We will help as many of our elderly in this heat as we can contingent on scope of repair cost, verification of lack of resources to afford the repair, and our scheduling. We are prepared to extend our working hours to service these seniors in need between 6pm-11pm. These profiles are evaluated on a case by case basis and must be a legitimate case of need.
