CIPPCO Contracting Inc., was established in October 1992 as an excavating company having two owners Joseph and Mercedes Cipolloni actively employed. In 1993, the company purchased its first backhoe to help the company generate work as a rental contractor. In 1994, the company expanded its service by taking on concrete work, and adding union finishers to the company. In 1995, the company expanded i
nto the field of interior demolition, adding union laborers and carpenters to its team. Since that time, the company has expanded its field and office personnel to handle various jobs awarded from General Contractors, Owners and Building Managers in the Tristate area. Our primary goal is to continue the foundation it has earned as a reputable contracting company by maintaining pride and excellence in all of its work. Cippco is the first demolition contractor in the Philadelphia area to be certified Green Advantage through the Green Advantage Environmental Program. We have the ability to provide reports of all materials listing where they are sent and how they are being reused in the future. Cippco Inc, on the average of non-green projects, diverts approximately 80% of the debris from the land-fills and averages approximately 90% on LEED projects.
