Construction is halfway complete on the Lansdowne Theater,​ the focus of an $18 million restoration project. Once the building reopens, it will serve as a concert hall.

- Safely deliver construction materials to job sites.
- Load and unload materials with care.
- Ensure accuracy of deliveries.
- Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Provide top-notch customer service.
- Perform other related duties as needed.

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a DOT medical card.
- Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Great communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic construction knowledge preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.

From custom kitchens to marble baths, the transformation was nothing short of extraordinary, complemented by amazing views that truly took this project to new heights.
