HVAC Tech/Installer

Our company is growing and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Tech/Installer to join our team. We're seeking a motivated individual who takes pride in their work, can troubleshoot independently, and is committed to delivering quality service to our residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Perform HVAC equipment replacements and new installations
• Complete repairs efficiently and professionally
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
• Experience with troubleshooting HVAC systems
• Experience with new HVAC installations
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Must be able to pass a background check

Plumbing experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and expand their skill set.

Nothing glamorous about crawling through dusty mechanical rooms at 5:00am… sometimes you even inherit the cobwebs too. 🕸️

Our crew recently completed an early morning emergency commercial repair to minimize disruption and keep water service active for tenants before opening hours.

Scope of work included:
- Shutting down and draining the domestic booster system
- Removing a defective section of existing 4” domestic water main
- Installing approximately 10 feet of new 4” piping and a new 4” 90° fitting
- Pressure testing, leak testing, and restoring the system back into service

These behind-the-scenes repairs are what keep commercial properties operating smoothly while most people are still asleep.

Commercial emergency plumbing, after-hours repairs, and tenant-sensitive scheduling are all part of the job.

Another major underground drain repair completed by Aqua Plumbing & Heating LLC.

Customer was experiencing the kitchen sink backing up whenever the washing machine was running. After dealing with months of back-and-forth through homeowners insurance, including the wrong area being marked for excavation, our team was called in for a proper diagnosis.

We identified the actual issue, excavated the basement floor, replaced defective underground drain lines, installed new PVC piping, and completed a full camera inspection to ensure the remainder of the system was clear and functioning properly.

Big job. Big mess. Properly handled.
