Today's throwback highlights one of our renovation projects for The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Erickson transformed an existing medical office building into the CHOP Network – Kids First Facility in Newtown, PA, delivering a 6,100 SF pediatric care facility fit-out in just 10 weeks. Designed by Array Architects and engineered by Wick Fisher White, this project created a modern, welcoming space for children and their families.

We're proud to be part of preserving one of Philadelphia's historic landmarks.

What began as a restoration project took an unexpected turn after the 2025 fire, shifting the focus to structural stabilization and protecting what remained. We're honored to play a role in helping prepare the Art Alliance building for its next chapter alongside an incredible project team.

The renovation of the National Constitution Center's Bill of Rights exhibit brought together craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail. The project included new ceilings, partitions, millwork, flooring, glazing, lighting, custom security gates, and specialized museum-grade display cases with humidity control.

Today, the completed exhibit provides visitors with an immersive experience and showcases an original copy of the Bill of Rights, one of the nation's most treasured historical documents.

It's an honor to have contributed to a space dedicated to preserving and sharing such an important piece of American history.

This project reflects a partnership that has spanned more than 40 years.

The corporate training center renovation included updates to the training room, lobby, elevator lobby, restrooms, and back-of-house areas. The project modernized layouts and finishes, creating a refreshed environment that better supports training, collaboration, and daily operations.

We're proud to continue delivering spaces that help our long-standing clients meet their evolving needs while building relationships that stand the test of time.
