With over 30 years of experience, Peter specializes in creating efficient and beautiful environments across healthcare, office, mixed-use, higher education, governmental, and institutional sectors.

Before joining CosciaMoos, Peter managed numerous new and renovation projects, ensuring high quality, on-time, and budget-friendly results. A licensed architect in PA and NJ, Peter is a strong advocate for sustainable design, having led green programs and served as a LEED AP trainer. We're thrilled to be designing the future home of Center City District! We sat down with the President and CEO of Center City District, Prema Katari Gupta, and VP of Strategy and Design, Amy Genda to discuss their vision for the new office space!

This historic building is being reimagined to foster a collaborative environment that reflects CCD's dedication to downtown Philadelphia. From parks and street teams to marketing and development, CCD's diverse workforce plays a vital role in the city's vibrancy. Their new space will cater to all, offering a beautiful and functional environment.

We are proud to welcome Principals Brandon Sargent, AIA ACHA and Laura Strychalski, AIA, to CosciaMoos Architecture, following our merger with BBLM Architects.

Brandon brings nearly two decades of healthcare planning and design experience, excelling in project design, master planning, technical documentation, and consultant coordination. Known for his strong client relationships and deep regulatory knowledge, he has collaborated with the region's largest hospitals. Brandon is also an active member of AIA Philadelphia, AMFP of Greater Philadelphia, the American College of Healthcare Architects, and the Carpenters’ Company of Philadelphia, and serves on the Board of Directors for Quintessence Theatre Group.

With over 35 years of experience in healthcare and laboratory architecture, Laura brings unparalleled expertise, technical precision, and creativity to her work. She holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, has taught at Thomas Jefferson University, and is actively engaged with AIA Philadelphia and the Construction Specifications Institute. Renowned for her extensive knowledge and dedication, Laura truly advocates for her clients, including some of the largest health systems in the Philadelphia region and beyond.
