🚨 A little water can turn into a big problem.
Many homeowners think a small amount of water in the basement isn’t a big deal. The truth is, even occasional water intrusion creates excess moisture that can lead to hidden mold growth behind finished walls.
On this project, the homeowner had been getting a small amount of water for a couple of years. Once we opened the walls to install an interior French drain system, we discovered extensive mold on the drywall, foundation walls, and even the floor joists. Everything had to be removed so we could properly remediate the mold before waterproofing the basement.
Don’t wait until a small leak becomes a major repair.
