New Vision

New Vision New Vision will restore hope and promote sustainable community development through our renewable energy concepts.

We build tiny home villages for young people transitioning into adulthood, offering workforce training, mentorship, safe housing, and a loving community to support their journey. New Vision Renewable Energy strives to empower people who are investing their time, talents and treasure building and creating strong communities; and unleashing the creative power of individuals and organizations to cont

ribute to the common good while repowering community homes and facilities with high quality renewable energy resources. We will weave the fabric of strong communities by investing in the power of neighbors joining together to develop a nationwide grass roots renewable energy movement that will empower individuals and families with the resources, education and hands-on training necessary to repower their own homes and communities.

One person saw the vision and decided to invest in it.

When Charles “Chuck” Caldwell learned about the work happening at New Vision, he saw something worth championing.

He nominated New Vision for quarterly nonprofit vote, helping connect our mission with a community of supporters and ultimately leading to nearly $20,000 in donations for New Vision.

For Chuck, it was about seeing young men discover their potential, grow closer to God, and make positive choices for their futures.

Your voice can make a difference, too. Know someone who needs to hear about New Vision, or want to help spread the word?

☀️August Verse of the Month ☀️

Every person has been uniquely gifted by God—with talents to share, hands to serve, and a purpose that can make a lasting difference.

At New Vision, we believe thriving communities aren't built by a few extraordinary people.

They're built by ordinary people who faithfully use their gifts to encourage others, create opportunities, and serve with love. Whether you're mentoring a young person, volunteering your time, building a home, offering a prayer, or simply showing kindness to a neighbor, your gifts matter.

This month, let's look for ways to use what God has entrusted to us to strengthen our communities and bring hope to those around us.

""As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace.""
— 1 Peter 4:10

💙 What gift has God given you that you can use to serve someone this month?

Sometimes, saying yes to a mission trip changes more than you expect.

For Ron and Linda Loggins, their first trip to New Vision in 2024 was a little intimidating. But what they found was a community, a mission, and a vision that brought them closer together and reminded them how powerful it can be to serve.

Now, they keep coming back. Every time, they see God doing something new.

Feeling like you need to step outside the ordinary? Come serve with us. Your next mission trip might change your life, too 💙

"You should be doing this. You should be part of this."

For Ron and Linda Loggins, sponsoring a home in the New Vision Girls Village began with a simple nudge from the Holy Spirit, and grew into a commitment to help young women build a strong foundation for their future.

They've watched the Boys Village grow, and now they're helping bring that same vision of housing, community, opportunity, and belonging to the next generation of young women.

We're deeply grateful for partners who don't just believe in the vision, but take the steps to help build it.

Want to help build the Girls Village? Reach out to learn how you can become part of the story and give today!

New tools. New skills. New opportunities.

We're grateful to the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) for supporting our workforce development program with new Wood-Mizer sawmill and kiln equipment.

This investment gives young people hands-on experience in lumber processing and wood manufacturing while helping produce materials for the New Vision Village—a supportive tiny home community for young adults transitioning into independence.

Together, we're building more than homes. We're building skills, confidence, careers, and brighter futures.

The work starts now.

👉 Follow along as we put this equipment to work and continue creating pathways to housing, employment, and opportunity.
