A rather small window leak has lead to some major structrural issues for this home built in the late 90's. judging from the extent of the damage, this home has been leaking since it was built in '97.

We lifted an 8'x14' playhouse back into position after the original support columns failed. Sentimental reasons prevented demolition and reconstruction so lifting it complete was the only option. The far back corner of the playhouse was lifted a total of about 9'.

Replaced single vanity with new dual vanity. Mirrors are actually surface mount medicine cabinets that were modified and recessed into the wall. We needed to move and add plumbing, electric, and framing in the wall to accept medicine cabinets. Also ran electric and networking cables to the TV we installed above the door. We also replaced shower and whirlpool bath faucets to match new vanity faucets.
