Another one done in Lexington estates! Full repaint with high end Miller Evolution paint and restain on the hand rails

We’ve been working hard on this place in Albany all week. scraping old paint off and hitting the bare wood with oil primer. Definitely a lot more prep work than we usually do, but the finished results speak for themselves!

When done right, nothing compares to high end oil base finishes on interior trim. Comes out looking smooth as glass!

New owners decided to go with a little more neutral colors for their rental in Independence. These colors usually take 2 or 3 coats to fully cover, but this place turned out looking great!
