The projects in industrial construction are massive today.

It's not expected that one person builds that on their own, so it takes a village of different roles and people to bring a project like this to life.

We can build bigger and better together than we can by ourselves. Become a part of something bigger than yourself. Visit rmci.us/careers

The people you're with make all the difference.

The trades community has stood the test of time. The work we do shapes who we are, and the work is pretty dang cool.

This project hasn't been built overnight, but it is being built by an extraordinary group of people.

In West Texas, we're building this data center to support the country's demanding AI boom. In collaboration with Alston Construction and Huband-Mantor Construction Inc., we have assembled a team of people who are able to take this facility and build it from the ground up. Thank you team, for your continued efforts and commitment to completing this project in an exceptional manner.

You aren't alone.

You're not expected to announce your struggle. You're not expected to know how to handle the pressures of construction. You're not expected to handle this alone.
