STEADY EMPLOYMENT. PIECE-RATE PAY.
We are immediately hiring for a seamless rain gutter installer. We are willing to train the right person.
Multiple positions available, depending on your experience. We have a small residential division and a government crew. Experience with sheet metal and membrane roofing preferred. If you're a team player, we'd love to have you.
Residential division: Piece-rate pay
Government division: Davis Bacon wages, changes depending on job location
Hiring in both divisions.
Work is all over the greater metro area and we offer opportunities to travel out of state.

SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years minimum carpentry experience is required
- Proficiency installing various roof systems preferred
- Knowledge of framing, roofing, rain gutter, and fascia preferred
- Take direction the first time
- Implements feedback
- Team player
- Exhibits exceptional customer service
- Agile and athletic, comfortable on roofs and ladders
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Manuever ladders in tight spaces
- "Can-do" attitude
- Efficient and will get the job done on schedule
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Can pass a drug test and a background check
- No smoking or va**ng on the job
- Smart phone literate
- Communicative
Random drug tests will occur. We are a drug and alcohol free environment.
