Our restoration process -- water, fire, smoke -- follows three simple steps:
RESPOND
We start the recovery process after we've been contacted by your insurance company. Our customer service reps will conduct a site visit to scope the loss, as quickly as possible. (Insurance adjusters rely on our expert guidance to determine the best way to proceed on a claim.) We work alongside adjusters, contractors, and third-party administrators to help you get back on your feet.
RESTORE
To assess the level of damage, we collect a room-by-room inventory of items, including photo documentation, then safely transport items to our facilities. We use modern technology to process, track, and store inventory. We attempt to salvage damaged items, including clothing, draperies, artwork and electronics, by removing odors, soot, grime, and more. You know, the stuff you treasure.
RESUME
We carefully return the restored items back to you after your claim has processed. While some jobs may take a bit longer to process than others, we provide cleaned “emergency” clothing, as well as, long-term storage solutions so you can access your items if needed.
