The Repair Guys L.L.C. The Repair Guys L.L.C. is a multi-licensed, bonded and fully insured residential roof repair company Established in 2008. was born.

Our founder and President began working in maintenance when he serviced hundreds of light fixtures for an apartment complex in 1991. Ryan was only 15 at the time, and the company gave him his own maintenance cart and tools to use. Ryan was upset that he wasn’t allowed to work more than 30 hours per week due to child labor laws-so he started bussing tables at Peter Piper Pizza at night in addition

to the maintenance work. He entered the construction field in 1993 at age 17 as a laborer. He was quickly promoted to the site Supervisor's right hand man. In 2005, he moved into commercial maintenance & mechanics and accepted a job at a local family fun park chain. In less than 2 years, he repaired, rebuilt, and refinished over 100 machines and two maintenance buildings at two different 11+ acre facilities in Scottsdale and Tempe, and was promoted to the titles of Lead Mechanic, & Maintenance Supervisor. In 2008, the company he worked for closed it's doors due the poor economy, and The Repair Guys L.L.C.
