Every property has its own layout, access points, and daily operations to consider when planning a permanent fence line.

American Fence Company installs chain link, ornamental iron, and other permanent fencing systems for commercial, industrial, and governmental projects. From defining property boundaries to supporting access control, we help plan fencing solutions around the needs of each site.

Construction sites change as projects move forward, and temporary fencing can adapt along the way.

American Rent-A-Fence® provides temporary fencing solutions that help define work areas, manage access points, and separate active construction zones from surrounding areas. Whether your project is just getting started or moving into its next phase, our fence panels can be configured to accommodate changing site layouts.

A permanent fence is more than a property boundary. It plays a role in managing access, defining work areas, and supporting daily operations.

American Fence Company installs permanent fencing for commercial, industrial, and governmental projects, with options designed to meet different site layouts and operational needs.

Anti-climb mesh has much tighter openings than standard chain link, designed to leave a climber nothing to grip.

American Fence Company installs anti-climb and other high-security perimeter systems for sites that need more than a standard fence line.

American Rent-A-Fence® panels are built in our own manufacturing facilities, starting with chain link and framing we make ourselves. That keeps the quality of your temporary fence line in our hands from the raw material onward.

Old company photos remind us that the history of our business is really the history of the people who helped build it.

This is our San Diego branch in 1975. More than 50 years later, our people are still at the heart of American Fence Company, with an average employee tenure of 10 years.

On a busy job site, a clear boundary saves a lot of explaining. American Rent-A-Fence® marks where the work area ends, helping to keep the active work and stored materials on one side of the fence line, and the public on the other.

Your perimeter can manage sightlines as well as access.

American Fence Company adds privacy screening to American Rent-A-Fence® panels to help limit visibility into work areas. Ask us about adding screening around material storage, equipment staging, or work areas next to public walkways.
