When Education and Industry Come Together, the Impact Goes Far Beyond the Classroom.

Our partnership with West-MEC is helping connect West Valley students with something incredibly important: a real pathway into the skilled trades.

Through industry exposure, hands-on experiences, mentorship and opportunities to see where a career in the trades can take them, students are getting a chance to envision a future that may have otherwise been outside their line of sight.

For Pueblo, this partnership is about more than building a future workforce. It’s about investing in students, families and the communities we serve.

The skilled trades offer meaningful careers, opportunities for growth and the ability to build a future without taking the traditional four-year college path. Playing a small part in helping students see what’s possible beyond the classroom is something we’re incredibly proud of!

We are honored to work alongside West-MEC and the many industry partners committed to creating stronger career pathways for Arizona’s next generation!

As 2025 comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect with gratitude on the year behind us and the people who made it possible.

This year was defined by hard work, resilience, and teamwork. From the field to the office, our crews, project teams, and partners showed up every day with pride in their craft and commitment to doing things the right way. Together, we delivered complex projects, supported our communities, and continued building trust with our clients across Arizona.

What we’re most proud of isn’t just the work we completed, it’s the way our team showed up for one another. The long days, the problem-solving, the dedication in the heat, and the shared wins all remind us that Pueblo is more than a company; it’s a team built on people who care.

As we look ahead to 2026, we’re energized and ready. Ready for new challenges, continued growth, and more opportunities to serve our clients and communities with the same integrity and craftsmanship that define Pueblo.

This holiday season, Pueblo came together to support the The Salvation Army and Adopt-a-Family programs, and the results were truly inspiring! 🎄

Thanks to the generosity of our teams, we collected over 350 toys and clothing items to help make the holidays brighter for families in need.

We’re incredibly proud of our teams for their outstanding holiday spirit and for living out Pueblo’s commitment to giving back to the communities we serve.
