**We’re Hiring: Plant Manager | Phoenix, AZ**

Urban Shed Concepts is looking for a strong leader to help us scale our production and delivery operations while building better systems and processes.

This is an opportunity to lead a team and improve quality and efficiency.

**What we’re looking for:**
- Experience leading a manufacturing, production, construction, or fulfillment team
- A systems thinker who solves problems and drives results
- Strong leadership, accountability, and process improvement skills
- Comfort with software, scheduling, and performance metrics

**Compensation:** $80,000–$120,000 base salary, plus up to 20% profit share.

On-site in Phoenix, Arizona
