Handcrafted out of thick fourteen gauge steel and either unfinished or colorfully coated (shown) in glossy high-temp paint, modfire is designed to be an heirloom that lasts a lifetime. It’s vented dual-wall construction safely contains the fire and helps keep the outer skin cool. At 48” tall and 22" wide modfire is a

Your Modfire's lead time is typically 4-6 weeks and ship LTL Freight from our downtown Phoenix AZ. Modfire's dual-wall construction includes a colorful coated outer skin, a black coated inner skin with high temperature paint and a hand hammered 14” Fire-bowl for burning your favorite wood or composite fire-logs. I’ve always loved signage, it’s part showmanship, part spectacle, all captivating. A sign has to command your attention, hold it and become memorable in seconds.

A brand is only as good as its signage, So when we were asked to create this 10ft beauty for (you guessed it) Apache Oaks,
I was transported back to my Chicago days of making metal signs
For local Bucktown businesses.

A full circle moment and It was a wonderful opportunity to flex our skills. (Adam Smith great job!)

We created the designer modern outdoor fireplace market in 2011.

Before Modfire, there were a handful of European companies doing it right, but in the USA? Boring ugly boxes or stars and moon cutout fire rings.

We offered sculpture you could set on fire in seven different colors.

Every single Modfire is design forward.

My mission was to create the most beautiful vessels we could conceive to hold that chaotic element we call fire.

This pattern just feels right.

A little mid-century, a little atomic, and a whole lot of fire. MCM Pulse is one of four patterns we created for TorchFire, our collaboration with TikiCub Designs.

These are definitely not your father’s tiki torches. This is the tiki torch completely reimagined.
