At Felix Construction, we believe in building more than infrastructure. We believe in building better lives.

Over the past several months, our team and interns have been working on a project that reflects what employee ownership and community impact are all about: helping provide beds to families across the Valley who need them most, including children who have never had a bed of their own and have been sleeping on the floor.

When a local bed frame manufacturer unexpectedly closed its doors, we saw an opportunity to make a difference. Felix purchased the remaining inventory and got to work. Our interns rolled up their sleeves to cut plywood, organize materials, assemble frames, and prepare each bed for delivery.

On June 8, those efforts became reality as beds began arriving in homes throughout our community, bringing comfort, dignity, and a better night's sleep to families in need.
This is The Felix Way in action. It is more than a phrase. It is a commitment to showing up for the communities we serve, both on and off the job site.

We are incredibly proud of our interns and every Felix employee-owner who contributed their time, energy, and heart to this effort. Their dedication reminds us that what we build extends far beyond pipelines, treatment plants, and infrastructure.

This is only the beginning, and we look forward to finding more opportunities to serve the communities that have given so much to us.

At the Riverbend Lift Station project, the team is demonstrating what strong leadership, collaboration, and ownership look like in action. Recently, crews completed a major overnight concrete pour starting at 3:00 AM, placing approximately 258 cubic yards for the lower section of the lift station’s perimeter walls. The effort required seamless coordination across field teams, suppliers, and project partners to execute safely and efficiently.

As employee-owners, we take this level of commitment even deeper. Every decision, every detail, and every success directly reflect the pride and accountability the team takes in their work. Because we’re not just building projects, we’re building our legacy, one opportunity at a time.

Projects like Riverbend are creating infrastructure that will support growing communities for decades to come. Thank you to the Riverbend team for building what matters.

What started as a simple idea became a powerful reminder of what the Field First mentality is all about.

Operation Popsicle is back, and we're excited to officially launch the 2026 season at the end of this month.

This is more than just popsicles, this initiative is about showing appreciation, creating connections, and recognizing the people who make Felix what it is.
It's an opportunity for all of us to come together and support the crews who work tirelessly to build the critical infrastructure our communities rely on every day.

In this video, Matt, our CO-CEO, shares what Operation Popsicle is all about and how members of the Felix family can get involved.

Whether you help with deliveries, volunteer your time, or support the effort behind the scenes, your participation helps make this initiative successful.

Let's come together once again to show our field teams what The Felix Way looks like in action and make Operation Popsicle 2026 a success.

Progress is in full swing at our Sunset Vista project!

The reservoir is advancing with post-tensioning and shotcrete wall work underway, while underground discharge piping and backfill at the Booster Pump Station are complete.

Structural steel is going up on the Electrical Building roof, and underground conduit installation to the Booster Pump Station is keeping the electrical work on schedule.

Great work by the Felix team pushing this project forward on all fronts!

Most people will never see this project, but they’ll benefit from it every day. Our crews are rebuilding critical wastewater infrastructure in Farmers Branch, Texas, that supports the community, local businesses, and future growth.

Our team recently hit a major milestone by tying in and launching bypass operations to enable a full rehabilitation of the lift station. Originally planned for six months, the team’s creative problem-solving cut that timeline in half.

That’s the result of experienced crews, strong planning, and true employee ownership coming together.
