Picerne Proudly Supports the American Red Cross of Las Vegas!

Over the past several years, Picerne has been honored to partner with the American Red Cross of Las Vegas on a mission to save lives and support our community.

Our journey together has been incredible:
🩸 In 2021, we hosted 4 blood drives.
🩸 In 2022, we hosted 7 blood drives and collected 131 units.
🩸 In 2023, we hosted 9 drives and increased our collection to 164 units.
🩸 In 2024, we are proud to have hosted 13 drives and have collected 254 units from our amazing donors!

It is important for our company to stay up to date on current market trends and we are so grateful for the opportunity to attend the Nevada State Apartment Association 2024 Market Trends event!

The Nevada State Apartment Association (NVSAA) is a not-for-profit organization who provides the Nevada multifamily housing industry with legislative support, education, and community outreach to benefit our membership and the communities we serve. (https://nvsaa.org/)

Picerne has three Regional Managers who serve on the NVSAA Outreach Committee and contribute their time to needy charities.

This past December, a few of our employees delivered a donation of $1,101 collected from the 50/50 raffle held at our annual Picerne Holiday Luncheon to the Cat Café at Hearts Alive Village!

They are located at 1750 S Rainbow Blvd in Las Vegas. We are so happy that we were able to contribute to this wonderful café and adoption center!

Our Nevada Picnic is always a great day for our company. We enjoyed beautiful weather, fun team games, and a tasty lunch with a delicious dessert featuring fresh churros and ice cream from Monti's Smokehouse BBQ at Sunrise Casablanca!
