Most people know me today as the Founder and CEO of Elevate Roofing Pros — but my journey started long before roofing. For most of my career, I worked in athletic performance and leadership development. I spent years working alongside elite athletes, coaches, and high-performing teams, studying what separates good from great and how high standards translate into consistent results. That experience shaped how I view business, leadership, and life. It taught me that the quality of any organization is ultimately a reflection of the people inside it. The companies that win long-term aren't the loudest or the cheapest — they're the ones with the strongest standards, the strongest character, and the discipline to do the right thing consistently. Excellence isn't accidental. It's built through discipline, accountability, and doing the right thing — even when nobody is watching. When I entered the roofing industry, I saw something that genuinely bothered me. Too many homeowners had stories of broken promises, poor communication, and contractors who disappeared the moment something went wrong. It wasn't a roofing problem. It was a people problem. I started Elevate Roofing Pros because I believed Arizona homeowners deserved a different kind of contractor — one built on honesty, accountability, craftsmanship, and care. I didn't start Elevate to be the biggest. I didn't start it to be the cheapest. I started it to build the most trusted roofing company in Arizona. We are not in the roofing business. We are in the people business. Roofing is simply the vehicle. Everything we do — how we hire, how we train, how we communicate, how we install, and how we follow up — flows from that belief.
