We are seeking a Lead New Construction Framer to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Work in a fast paced environment with 2 to 3 framers
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Maintain high standards of workmanship and maintain timelines that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

5 years previous experience in construction framing
Familiarity with new construction blueprints
Strong leadership qualities
Comfortable with heights
Deadline and detail-oriented
