The Gill Residence allowed us to really show what we could do at their home the past 2 months. Since all of our jobs are by referral and not from Google we were recommended tp prove a driveway gate that turned into remodeling their garage door with a new Hörmann North America Modern Tech 3550 with small side lite glass panels, a new The Genie Company 6107HB Jackshaft opener (4) Entry Gates and 80 Feet of Custom Steel Fencing with Matte Black Powder Coat. To power theSliding Driveway Gate we used Maximum Controls LLC FS 1200 Pro! What a transformation congrats to the Gill family this looks amazing.

Special Thanks to Encanto Custom Homes for allowing Southwest Overhead Door to help dial in the Adams residence with CHI Overhead Doors and The Genie Company wall mount jackshaft openers. These CHI Stamped carriage house beauties with mahogany accented wood tones are the perfect fit for this adobe home. The Adams chose the polyurethane insulated steel sandwich design for the looks and their insulation performance especially in the RV garage. Looking forward to doing more with Encanto Custom Homes in the San Tan Valley for sure.

It's RV Garage Days galore! We want to thank the Kraemer and the Wheeler residence for allowing Southwest Overhead Door and AZLUX to help you create your dream RV garage. With the help of CHI Overhead Door's Carbon OAK and Mahogany accent wood tones these gave 2 different distinguished looks to each of these RV Oasis. These carriage house doors look amazing. Genie Jackshafts 6107HB will handle the lifting load with ease. We will send photos again when unit are 100% done. SWOD partner AZ LUX will be adding flooring next cant wait!

Our team at Southwest Overhead Door would like to thank Encanta Homes for allowing us to outfit this new beautiful home they’re building with CHI Steel Carriage House, Overlay doors style number 31. The fit and finish inside and out came out amazing and I want to put a special thanks to one of our installers Kale Drake for all of your clean wiring and finish work on this project. So honored to be part this new construction from Brimley Development. Brimley challenged us to come up with some of the most extraordinary full custom wood doors ever produced by our company.  Brimley’s design staff also allowed us to powder coat all of the track, hinges and hardware to complete the project with one of the cleanest looks I have ever seen. This Arcadia, Arizona stunner will stand out for sure and these doors have one of a kind street appeal.  Special thanks to CHI Overhead Doors for helping us with the commercial framework needed to handle the weight while maintaining the integrity with the upmost stylish look. These units came in at around 725 pounds and we used 3 inch track with large Dewey flag brackets and 11 gauge hardware powered by LiftMaster 8500W Jack Shaft Operators. If you can dream it we can build or find it. Let us know what you think and SWOD will keep posting gorgeous garage doors and custom gates and fencing like this.
