Wind proofing the old: Rebuilding corners and hips then adding a cumulative holding property with an added sunroof high temperature engineered, black adhesive…then lightly sprayed with a terra-cotta tile colored exterior spray paint. Wind proofing 2-3 story roof edge tiles is a great “peace of mind” element, to age with👍🏽

Removed surface bubbles and filled in dips, with durable leveling, made dryer vent easily removable for future cleaning, and after major dust and debris surface cleanup…installed two coat silicone system. X and Y axis coats, rolled with thick 3/4 nap by hand, for tenacious end result membrane.

Craftsmanship for the long game:
*Sporadic 🌵🌬️🍃💨🌵desert monsoon microburst tile damage and organic debris deposits removed.
Some perfect match, tile hunting….then replaced and anchored in a wind resistant fashion. Then sealed fastener heads to stop future rainwater shaft loosening.

* Original Shingle brand and color, although still manufactured…. now in metric size only, versus standard. 🍀Lucked out! Camouflaged and blended in perfectly.
