We are proud to announce that our very first Employee Spotlight is Kyle Lancaster, Operations Manager at Star Roofing!
As a long-time employee of STAR Roofing, Kyle has advanced from starting out as a young apprentice, moving all the way up to the position of Operations Manager over the course of his career. He embraces a true growth mindset and is constantly looking for ways to improve himself, those around him and the entire operation. His willingness to ask questions, lend a hand, mentor others and lead by example are all hallmarks of what true leaders exemplify. We are proud to have Kyle on the team and grateful for his contributions every single day!
