One of our bigger transformations currently underway 🔥

This project started with converting an unfinished attic into a full livable master suite complete with a new bathroom, walk-in closet, and custom staircase built from scratch.

We also had to correct structural and subfloor issues throughout the home to make sure everything is solid and ready for the new flooring installation upstairs and downstairs.

The detached casita is also getting a full renovation with:
✔️ New windows & doors
✔️ New kitchen
✔️ New bathrooms
✔️ New flooring
✔️ Full interior upgrades

A lot happens behind the scenes before the finish work starts, but doing the prep work correctly is what makes the final product last.

Final day at our Maricopa renovation project and we couldn’t be happier with how this transformation turned out.

This project included:
• New flooring throughout
• Stair upgrades
• Kitchen improvements
• Custom finish work
• Paint, trim, and full interior updates

These projects take a lot of planning, teamwork, and problem solving behind the scenes, but moments like this make it all worth it.
