Tile is going up and we are already OBSESSED 😍 The Cantera and marble are being installed on these two walls and the vision is seriously coming to life. Can’t wait to see this all grouted out and finished! This design is going to be everything. 🙌✨

🚿 FAIRMOUNT PROJECT UPDATE

Our clients just moved in and immediately noticed mold and water damage along the baseboards. That’s a red flag 🚩

After opening the walls, we found multiple waterproofing failures and shortcuts that should never happen in a bathroom remodel.

We’re currently replacing damaged materials, rebuilding the wall system correctly, and fully waterproofing before moving into tile.

This is exactly why proper prep and waterproofing matter. Pretty tile means nothing if what’s behind it fails.

Demolition day is one of our favorite parts of the job- especially when we get to bring our clients along for every step. Having their energy as part of demo makes it even more special (you’ll see it at the end 👀). The entire house is coming down to make way for a beautiful custom build, and this project is officially underway and already shaping up to be one for the books. We can’t wait to share every step of the transformation, so follow along.
