It’s Time For Your Annual Lawn Aeration!

Why should you aerate?: Over time, the soil in your lawn becomes worn down and compact due to foot traffic, lawn mowing, etc. When this occurs, water and nutrients have a more difficult time reaching the roots. Lawn thatch will also develop over time. This is the layer of mostly dead grass tissue that remains between the green vegetation and soil or your lawn. Lawn thatch can hinder the growth and health of your lawn. Core aeration will help relieve compaction and reduce lawn thatch to allow your yard to grow thicker and healthier.

When should you aerate?: Early Fall is the best time to have your lawn aerated. If you have not yet been added to the aeration list for this year, contact our office at 614-833-1828 or send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide you with a free quote!
