👀 Don't assume your roof is fine because it looks fine from the ground. Do: get it inspected — because the damage that costs you the most is the damage you can't see.

Wind creasing is the perfect example. A shingle gets bent, lays back down, and looks normal. But there's a fold in the asphalt that's quietly tearing apart. Insurance adjusters know to look for it. Homeowners almost never do.
