🍕 PIZZA RANCH RENOVATION UPDATE! 🔨

Things are looking a little different inside Pizza Ranch!

The first phase of the renovation has been all about DEMOLITION — and as you can see, we’ve opened things up in a big way. Walls, finishes, fixtures and other existing components have been removed as we make way for the new layout.

Demo is now wrapping up, with removal of portions of the existing floor. Once that’s complete, we’ll begin installing the new underground utilities needed for the redesigned space.

It may look like a mess right now, but this is where the transformation starts! We’re excited to keep things moving and watch the new Pizza Ranch take shape over the coming weeks.

Renovations officially kicked off today, and we’re excited to help bring a fresh, new and improved look to the restaraunt!

A big thank you to Pizza Ranch for trusting Midwest Construction and choosing our team for this project. We appreciate the opportunity and can’t wait for everyone to see the finished product!

Thank You for Celebrating 45 Years With Us!

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our customers, subcontractors, suppliers, employees, friends, and family who joined us in celebrating Midwest Construction’s 45th Anniversary — and to everyone who reached out with congratulations and well wishes.

For 45 years, we’ve been fortunate to work alongside some incredible people. Your trust, loyalty, partnerships, and friendships have helped make Midwest Construction what it is today. We truly appreciate everyone who has supported us, worked with us, and stuck with us throughout the years.

Celebrating this milestone gave us a chance to look back on where we started, the relationships we’ve built, and all the people who have been part of the journey. We’re incredibly grateful for our past, excited about where we’re headed, and proud to carry Midwest Construction into the next generation.

This installation was completed by KC Services in Sioux Falls, utilizing Ledgestone texture with limestone decorative top caps. The freestanding blocks below the caps provide continuous texture behind the wall to allow flexibility with grading without any exposed unfinished concrete.

Check out this project on Lake Madison! This was designed and installed by Madison Lawn & Landscape. They utilized Ledgestone texture and applied a post installation stain and seal. Nice work Madison Lawn & Landscape, we will see you on the next one!
