We are if full gutter cleaning mode. The best time for gutter cleaning is spring and fall, with so many trees losing their leaves as weather cools a fall cleaning is especially crucial before winter to avoid ice dams causing roof leaks or damaged gutters.

Call to get scheduled as soon as possible, we hand clean, flush downspouts if needed, inspect gutter components and remove debris from property.

Last week for our main focus we were hired to complete the skirting on this deck! Simple and quick to just throw some lattice up. However we always look to provide the best end product at the best value possible and worked with the client for this design! As an added touch all the vertical boards were attached so fasteners would not be visible!

While measuring everything we noticed that the steps were not secured properly and informed the client. We agreed to a small renovation to ensure they were safely attached.

Last but not least one of the most common things we offer when enclosing a deck is the option to add access for storage or future additions like running wire for speakers or lighting, we got the greenlight and finished with fabricating a fully custom sliding gate access!

With the leaves falling we are looking to schedule as many gutter cleanings as possible but we do still have time for last minute exterior repairs to your home or deck to ensure everything is ready for new york winter. Hello! This year in order to keep our costs down and continue to offer the best pricing we can I am going to schedule our Fall gutter cleanings by area of appointment. Cleanings will start around mid October, putting together a schedule now. Here is a project we took care of a few weeks ago. We dont get a ton of opportunities to use high pressure while cleaning in the communities we normally service. We normally let the chemicals do their work during softwashes on houses or decks, this was a nice change of pace while cleaning the oil tank and concrete flat surfaces. For the house and deck we cleaned, conditioned and brightened the wood before applying stain to finish everything up! This client contacted us because they were looking for solutions to make their house easier to get into and out of. They also needed some help with their siding after a visit from their insurance, as a bonus we inspected their gutters and as we usually see even with a leaf guard installed multiple downspouts were completly clogged! We built a ramp with a couple different handrails to best suit the needs of this client, installed them in key positions on the front porch and repaired the siding before using a peel blocking primer we normally utilize for lead blocking purposes with a 2 fresh coats of paint to finish it off! This client previously had a lengthy metal ramp that occupied a substantial area of his yard, creating an eyesore. Following its removal, we installed a landing and steps, carefully designed to optimize the newly freed space and facilitate efficient entry into his home. Starting off our summer season we completed a big project on the lake!
We repaired minor carpentry issues across the entire exterior of the house as well as prepping and staining. With the property layout it was not possible to utilize a lift so everything was ladder work.

In addition the last time this house was stained it was completed with a sprayer that left runs with uneven streaks. The client was wary and wanted to avoid that method again after a good deal of prep everywhere was handbrushed to ensure even coverage and superior adhesion.

The weather was against us the entire length of the project however we pushed through and the results are amazing, the client was as ecstatic with the final product as we are!

Last year we made custom built and repaird some railings, added a set of stairs and installed a pair of gates. Right before the 4th of July we were able to return and dodge the rain to put on a fresh coat of stain on 3 decks for this client!

I just want to take a moment and say thank you to everyone for your your patience as we navigate this weather so far this year its been a wild one and we have done our very best!
