Just finished this TPO flat roof in Baltimore and really happy with how it came out. 😎

On a flat roof every seam, edge, and corner has to be watertight because water will find any weakness and once it does you've got a much bigger problem on your hands. 💧

This is what a TPO roofing job looks like from start to finish.🙌

What you're seeing is old deteriorated roofing stripped all the way back to the deck. You have to start clean if you want the new membrane to go down properly and last the way it's supposed to.

Just wrapped up this one and it came out great. 🙌

Multiple pitches, skylights, chimneys, all measured and cut carefully so everything lines up and seals properly. We used CertainTeed Landmark shingles on this one, a product we've used a lot and stand behind. ✅

Happy with how this turned out and so is the homeowner. 😊

⭐New project just started and this one is a big one.

This is a large commercial flat roof and you can see from the aerial shot what years of wear looks like. The pooling water, the surface breaking down, the patches stacked on top of older patches all tell the same story.

When it gets to this point, adding another repair just costs the building owner more in the long run. The right call is a full replacement.

We're going in, pulling everything back, checking what's underneath, and building this back up the right way.

We're in the middle of this residential complex right now. Every building you see here is getting a new roof at the same time. 🏘️

When people are still living there while the work is happening you have to think about sequencing. Which buildings go first, how you move materials around without blocking access, making sure nobody wakes up to an exposed roof. That's the job within the job on something like this.
