Now Hiring – Equipment Operator / Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our excavation and trucking team in the Pillager / Brainerd area.

Responsibilities include:
• Operating equipment (skid steer, excavator, loader, etc.)
• Assisting with general site work
• Truck driving (CDL preferred but not required)
• Snow plowing township roads during winter months

Qualifications:
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Valid driver’s license
• Equipment experience preferred
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions

Pay based on experience. Overtime available.

Must be able to pass pre employment drug test as well as random tests, must have clean driving record. Offering benefits, pay based on experience.
