One of our favorite things about Scott Systems is watching our people learn, grow, and become really good at what they do.

Our apprenticeship program gives us the chance to increase our trade knowledge, gain experience, earn while they learn, and keep moving up.

And yep… 6 pay raises over 3 years! 🙌
Because when you put in the work, we believe you should see that hard work pay off.

Quarterly meetings are about more than business—they’re about bringing our team together.

We had a great time catching up, enjoying a delicious fish fry, and getting in a little basketball. YES, these guys are playing basketball in their work boots. 😅 🏀

A big thank you to Central Baptist for hosting us! We appreciate the opportunity to spend time together, have some fun, and continue building our team.

Here’s to another great quarter ahead! We appreciate each and every one of you. Let’s keep growing together!

We had so much fun at the ABC Arkansas and 2026 NAWIC Bowling Tournament!

Justin and Alex are serious bowlers—they carried our team all the way to 2nd place!!! 💪🎳 And every great team needs a cheering squad, so shoutout to Angela, Craig, and David for bringing the support and energy, y’all are the best! 🙌

Today was a historic day for our team! We officially launched the 1st year of our HVAC apprenticeship program!!!

Since we’re partnering with Associated Builders and Contractors of Arkansas, we are able to customize the program and bring in many of our own leadership team as instructors.

This will be a game changer for our apprentices as they learn and grow together. Not to mention the pay increases that come with each completed semester. 🙌🏽

Scott Systems was just named an AMP Master in Their Fields 2026 in Arkansas Money & Politics, and we couldn't be prouder to share it with the team that made it happen.

New lobby, who dis?

For probably 20 years, we’ve had the same photos on the wall, but we wanted to switch it up, to photos of the awesome projects our team has helped build.

New rugs, new chairs, new pictures and lots of plants. This season is all about elevating who we are and what we do.

Does anyone need to revamp their HVAC system? We do that to 😉
