Today I'm 1 month 14 days since my Left Total Knee Replacement surgery. I'm 44 , and I was able to ride the bike today. My PT gave me just a little assistance and I did it. I'm not adding music this time I want you to hear me.. Excuse the noise in the background. Someone was on the machine next to me and it was noisy. My PT was super proud of me today..

I'm exactly 4 weeks out post op today and baby let me tell you I feel better than I did 2 weeks ago. Oh wishy washy (left knee replacement name) we are starting to get alone now. Days are getting better. Stiff legged tho. And this bend baby is the hardest but one day I will get there. Going up and down the steps are getting better every time. Sometimes I forget to step with the correct leg and it reminds me real quick. But overall I'm proud and will be getting the right done whenever the doctor day so. My leg is looking good as well.
