By spreading electric use throughout the day, members can help reduce peak demand without changing how much electricity they use.

We're committed to providing our members with convenient, reliable tools and services. To help ensure our systems continue to serve you efficiently, we have two scheduled maintenance events planned this week:

๐–๐ž๐๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐๐š๐ฒ, ๐€๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ” โ€ข SmartHub will be unavailable starting at 5:00 PM for approximately 20 minutes.

๐“๐ก๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ๐๐š๐ฒ, ๐€๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ• โ€ข Our systems will undergo scheduled maintenance from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight). โ€ข SmartHub and payment processing will be unavailable during this time. โ€ข Our automated phone payment system (IVR) will also be offline. โ€ข Our website will remain available; however, the Outage Map will be offline. โ€ข Members can still report outages or service issues by calling 307-245-3261, where our after-hours dispatch service will be available to assist you.

These updates are part of our ongoing efforts to maintain and improve the tools and services our members rely on for account management, payments, outage information, and communication.
